2008 edition In 2008, The Carnival will present you a very special Night Parade for the 400th anniversary of the founding of Quebec City! New allegoric floats and over a thousand participants will amaze the whole family. The Night Parade will be presented twice, on Saturday February 9 (Lower Town) and on Saturday February 16 (Upper Town). You don't want to miss it!
